Te Boundary Pine, located on Fir Point, in Alberta's Kananaskis Country. The Boundary Tree was named by rancher, and author, R.M Patterson. This ancient Limber Pine marked th boundary of The Buffalo Head Ranch. The Buffalo Head Ranch was orignally started by explorer, and trapper, George Pocaterra in 1905. The Buffalo Head Ranch became one of the first dude ranches in Canada, and became well known around the world.
